At the beginning of the year, all current rules are written in the 2002 NASCAR Racing Series Rule Book. However, NASCAR rules and regulations are always changing. New safety equipment comes on the market, and NASCAR incorporates these new rules into the races. Because of these changing rules, we are not going to attempt to place all the rules on this page.
